Gossip Girl Actors

Gossip Girl is a TV series based on a book that goes by the same name. It revolves around the lives of young socialites growing up on the Upper East Side of New York. These young socialites attend elite private schools and experience everything from drugs to sex, basic fun to dangerous teenage issues. The series includes twelve main characters and these have been on all episodes since the series started. Gossip Girl actors are young talented and beautiful. The series revolves around the lives of two former best friends Serena van der Woodsen played by Blake Lively and Blair Waldorf enacted by Leighton Meester. The creator of Orange County, Josh Schwartz, produces this series. An unknown character called as Gossip Girl narrates the series. Kristen Bell voices Gossip Girl.

Apart from Blake Lively and Leighton Meester, the series has other actors that include Penn Badgley, Chace Crawford, Ed Westwick, Taylor Momsen, Matthew Settle, Connor Paolo, Kelly Rutherford, Jessica Szohr, and Kristen Bell. Matthew Settle plays the part of Rufus Humphrey, father to Dan and Jenny Humphrey. They are a middle class family and outsiders to the glamorous world of Serena and other rich youngsters. Blake Lively plays the part Serena van der Woodsen. Blake has acted in several movies and is a huge hit in the Gossip Girl series.
